Customer loyalty programs seem to be everywhere these days. From supermarkets to local grocery stores, multiplexes to shopping malls, local restaurants to major airlines. It seems like wherever we go, a company is offering us the option of joining their customer rewards program or loyalty club. The question that pops into my head every time I see their Ads is
what are these loyalty programs and, more importantly, how effective are they?
The main goal of customer loyalty programs is to keep customers coming back. With so many options available online, keeping customers loyal to your brand is no easy task. 4) Payback

The name ‘Reelo’ derives from the verb reeling. It has an indirect reference to what they do, which is bring customers back to them. Reelo also has a direct reference to the words ‘rewards’ and ‘loyalty’ so that customers can identify with them and what they do. Customers simply need to give their mobile number with the bill at any Reelo partnered outlet and they start earning points to get those awesome rewards!
Customers earn as much as they spend – earn 1 point on every 1 Rs spent. They can download the Reelo app to discover nearby places and get notified about their points and rewards at multiple places.
