A newly opened place in town for all the Chinese lovers out there – Mount Everest. A place that serves a fusion of Indian and Chinese dishes with an ambiance which is pretty straightforward. A must needed family restaurant. Simple and posh!
1. Karari Rumali Roti :
Karari Rumali Roti is also famous as lamboo roti originated from Hyderabad which is a thin flatbread; popular in Punjab. Served with butter at top garnished with chat masala, rock salt, and coriander. Here it was served with green chutney. Totally crispy and delicious.
2. Mount Everest Special Chinese Soup:
This soup was made by combining ingredients such as vegetables, soya sauce, vinegar, garlic, chilly etc and the best thing about this soup was the spicy dumpling which was served with it. There is nothing as good as soup when you are tired of eating fast food.
3. Hara Bhara Kabab
A delicious starter made with spinach potatoes and green peas served beautifully with salad and green chutney. They give out a crispy & yummiest taste.
4. Paneer Chilly Dry
A common yet very loved starter in all the restaurants. Perfectly sautéd paneer cubes with spices and sauces served with veggies. Extremely soft and fresh.
5. Paneer Lababdar
Lababdar means a strong desire for something and what would one desire strongly other than paneer. Soft paneer cubes cooked in a spicy tomato and fresh cream gravy with butter sautéd onions and various other tangy spices that compliment the taste of paneer embellished with a slice of tomato, yellow capsicum, and cream.
6. Nawabi Biryani
A scrumptious biryani with peas potatoes onion and spices served with along with raita is a must try dish. It lacked the spice factor, but tasted pretty decent. The ornamentation makes it even more beautiful.
